EO Mentorship fosters relationships aimed at high-level leadership and personal development within a structured timeframe. Throughout the mentorship process, Mentees work toward goals and establish personal accountability, while Mentors support them through next-level education and engagement.
EO Mentorship relationships last 10-12 months, during which the Mentee and Mentor meet face-to-face for one to three hours each month to work toward setting and realizing personalized, measurable and attainable goals. EO will help facilitate the application and matching process, and kick off pairs at a launch event. From there, Mentees drive the relationship, with an EO Mentorship Chair checking in periodically to ensure healthy progress. After a year, the relationship ends with a celebration of achievements. As a way to “pay it forward,” Mentees are encouraged to serve as a Mentor to an EO Accelerator and EO GSEA participant, or another EO member.
When you were starting your business, did you ever wish you had someone to talk to who was further along in their own entrepreneurial journey? Now you can do that for someone else! Be a Mentor and share your knowledge with a Mentee to help them gain a new outlook on their goals and business.
Sometimes it is difficult to see your business from the outside. Let your Mentor give you the 10,000-foot view you’re missing. As a Mentee, you can take control of your growth in business and beyond by working with a Mentor to achieve goals and gain fresh perspectives.
EO is a great platform to grow both personally and professionally. The experience share amongst peers from the chapter and events with members across the world are wonderful !!
EO chapter and forums are an excellent outlet for all Entrepreneurs to share and learn. When you think you’ve reached your limits, they help you look beyond and add further value.
I have plenty of friends, but EO provides a group of like-minded, ambitious, open people who are inspiring, helpful and friendly. The format of the EO forum is unparalleled in its ability to get busy, multi-dimensional, successful people to learn, grow and overcome personal obstacles together.
I joined the Chapter few months ago and am already loving the forum experience as well as the peer-to-peer learning. Probably one of the best decisions of my life.

Marco Gloria had never even visited India, let alone think about investing in the Indian market. However, today he has his own company, called GFB Great Foods, based out of Manesar – all thanks to an interesting conversation about India’s growth story that he had with Sohna Sterling owner Snajay Kapoor. He got to know about Enterprenuer’s Organisation (EO), which he now happens to be a part of.
